These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and b9998 ("b9998", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming information platform accessible at b9998.cam ("Platform").

To register an Account, you must provide accurate personal information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to your full name, date of birth, email address, and, where requested, a valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree not to impersonate any other person or use any identity you are not authorised to use.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify b9998 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach. b9998 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

b9998 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) provision of false or misleading information; (d) use of the Platform in violation of applicable law; or (e) any activity that may cause harm to b9998, other users, or third parties.

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any database or system connected to the Platform;

• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's infrastructure or interfere with any other party's use of the Platform.

b9998 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any User who violates this provision, including reporting such conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Upon termination or suspension, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after termination.
